What I would offer: $10,000 - I'm very risk averse in this space. This site is so reliant on google and affiliate marketing, which is very dangerous to have a big capital outlay

What the site is worth: $20,000 - $22,000. My offer is not going to be accepted because given the traffic and income it's probably worth this much. However, the risk penalty to the value is significant - at least for me. Your mileage may vary.
