It's a terrible, expensive to buy website and I would almost consider it a scam sale. What you're essential buying is the aged domain however it comes with no backlinks or domain authority despite the 5 year age.
It's like the owner intended to do something with it but never got around to working on it.
Avoid listings like these at all cost.
